We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all downloadable products purchased directly from JoesMind.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be downloaded from JoesMind.com.
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- You must provide a valid reason for your return, such as dissatisfaction with the product or technical issues.
- The product must be deleted from all your devices and/or online storage.
Products NOT eligible for refund (from us):

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
